@somebitslinks pointed me to this epic 8 second exposure of Sutro by trophygeek that also captured one of the Perseids burning up overhead:
(Now I just need to do the math to get a shot of the International Space Station flying over Sutro.)

As amazed as I am by the meteor streak, what’s really impressive to me is the supernatural glow coming from within the foggy froth on top of Twin Peaks. SPOOKY.
