Ha! I had a fun interaction with a helmetted chap in an Enforcer last week. I pulled up alongside him in the bike lane (he was in the big lane) and thanked him for clearing out the bike lane in front of me the block before from an evil double-parker/lane-blocker. Then a few block later, his colleague was issuing a citation to a car and BLOCKED THE BIKE LANE AS HE TYPED AWAY. Oh well…
I totally agree. I got a ticket for “failure to curb wheels”. The street had almost no grade but the law reads that any hill with a 3% grade or greater needs to curb wheels. That is one inch every three feet or thereabouts. With all the potholes in the streets every block has a 3% grade!
