Click to embiggen. I love metadata. They do love boats and Caltrain.
I love how you can readily pick out Bernal and Dolores Park.
Also, Valencia seems to have defeated Mission St.
However downtown seems to have defeated the Mission.
Good god, locusts.

Glad you liked it!
Do I even want to know how many distinct cameras, or will my head explode? Over what period of time was this? Any other juicy metadata morsels?
The numbers aren’t actually that huge. It is 838,729 paired pictures, from 39,479 people. I wasn’t selecting for any particular range of dates (so there are a few that claim to be very old, and others that claim to be from the future), but in practice few are older than 2005 (Flickr was started in 2004) and half are more recent than September, 2008.
Awesome…I think my beemer was in a few of those shots..:)
