i wouldn’t be surprised if he was actually attempting a left turn as well.
This is exactly why licensing cyclists the same as everyone else on the road, must become law.
Well, for what it’s worth 15th Street is one-way heading in the direction he’s looking and you can see a long way up it, so if there are no cars coming, running this red light seems like a victimless crime.
