And here we see Noe’s spin on the city’s Pavement to Parks program — existing green space ever so slowly and subtly encroaching upon neighboring asphalt:

That would be Mission Creek, I bet, which runs under much of my neighborhood and can be seen flowing in real time in the basement of Kink.com. I kid you not. Its what makes much of the inner Mission a little wiggly in an earthquake.
