For I am become GIF, the animator of worlds.

Or, “what a bowling ball would see if you dropped it at 21st and Sanchez.” Movie here. (But I think we all realize the superiority of our loopy friend.)

Anyone know of an iOS app that allows easy frame-by-frame alignment? I need to smooth this puppy out.

    The first (and last) time I ever said “cunt” in front of my mom was I was driving us up that hill in the dark and right at the crest some asshole came speeding right at us, at a very dangerous clip, so I yelled “cunt” and everybody had to swerve wildly. Luckily we escaped unscathed, but I had yelled “cunt” in front of my mom.

    If you just focus on the tower, the rest of the un-smoothness goes away…

      Check out this Paris timelapse video to see how friscolex’s recommendation works. That said, I think the fellow who made the video had more resources.

      Merci, Brian. Love the bit of the Bastille the best I think. (And the Montmarte part reminds me how much I hate the flatness of Paris from any elevation.) Oh, to be a flâneuse today in gai Paris…

    Here’s an old ad from Sony, doing the reverse to yours, John ( And somewhere, there’s a short film on the making of it. The logistics of letting loose 40 billion rubber balls on the streets of SF looked like quite a challenge. Good luck with the animation pursuits, Walt…
