51% true (though not entirely fair to Oakland since they voted against Prop 8 and Alameda County has joined the lawsuit.)

I think it’s “Silence,” but to whom is it addressed?
yeah, “silence” makes more sense. I’ll try for a zoomed shot this week to see if those smaller tags on on the side say anything.
I hope silence comes to all our billboards. Well done.
