Mission Street Food – MSF vs VSF?

November 17, 2008

I think highly of Allan over at Mission Mission, yet…  Well, it’s hard to say, but we had our first difference of opinion.  It saddens me to announce that Allan likes the MSF while I now prefer the VSF over at Mission Street Food. Duck is the new bacon, don’t get me wrong — I of course ordered MSF the first night in Lung Shan, and it was fantastic.  But this last Thursday I picked up a VSF and, wow. No one was surprised more than me.  So which is your favorite?  Poll below.

Look, a collage *made* of panoramas… That’s some sort of meta.

That’s Ono Kauswa I spilled on my receipt (yes, I licked it off). Though doesn’t it kind of look like the head of a pig?

Dude, I haven’t even tried the VSF. I was just dumbfounded by the idea that a vegan option could be better than something fried in duck fat, but I plan to give it a shot as soon as I rotate back to the world.

You should have seen my wife as I tried to steal her VSF. She was decidedly unamused.

The breaded tofu is most impressive. (Now if they could feed THAT to ducks…)
