My dad got me one of those for Christmas! A little salty, but good. The maker, Vosges, also produces all sorts of other interesting chocolates with Oaxacan peppers and ginger and all sorts of weirdo stuff not normally associated with yr standard Hershey’s. Bon apetit!
It was fun finding the little bits of bacon as the chocolate dissolved. I must try the peppers though.
The Poco Dolce tiles are really good if you like non-traditional chocolate flavors – the aztec chile and sesame toffee are fantastic (and they’re local).
Wrong! iTaco will come wrapped in transparent aluminum. RT @7im: hot rumor: the iTaco will be portable, and cradled in paper-thin aluminum 14 minutes ago
